HR Coordinator/Finance Support-Idaho Falls, ID #6094

KIFI/KIDK/KXPI-TV is looking for a HR Coordinator/Finance Support to serve as corporate HR liaison for station employees as well as support for the finance department.

The HR Coordinator performs various duties in support of the recruitment and development of station employees. Working closely with hiring managers, the HR Coordinator assists with each stage of the recruiting and hiring process.  In addition to coordinating new hire benefits and orientation, this position is responsible for interpreting and communicating company policies, working with management in resolving employee disciplinary and performance issues, overseeing annual benefit enrollment, payroll, completing related processes and recordkeeping duties as instructed.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to; supporting the station’s internal communication and safety efforts, conducting station tours, organizing meetings, completing FCC and EEO annual reports, learning business office procedures and assisting with accounting functions.

This position requires an experienced, detail-oriented, well-organized office professional, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in support of varying deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.  Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, employment law, strong computer knowledge, intermediate MS Word and Excel experience, and professional communication skills are required, with experience in accounting and ADP payroll processing considered a plus.
